Well my last post stated I was debating a fill, well i did end up getting one, the 6 lbs i lost i gained 2 of them back before my fill, im so glad i decided to get one..i have lost already 5 lbs since june 2nd..(the 2 i gained and them some) i was alittle disapointed in myself considering i wanted to do this as far as i could with NO fill, but i guess this is the whole reson i got the band in the first place..
