HI, your name was catchy so I came to see how "oldie" you are. we are almost the same age, in two ways. I had surgery May 25th and I will be 62 in July. Good to have the company here. I read your protein drink/freeze recommendation and that is what I will do the next time I go in the kitchen. Thanks.
