    Getting banded on 2-25-11, starting my liquids on friday 2-11-11. I went to the vitamin shoppe and left crying from being so overwhelmed so I'll be back tomorrow to get my shakes and vitamins.

    since I need to be nicotine free for the surgery, I haven't smoked since last thursday and my goal is to not pick it up again... Big challange since I've smoked for 10 years
