don't get discouraged but your weight loss does slow down as time progresses...but it's OK...slow and steady is what you want. I've lost 64 lbs in 9+ months....going for another 60

ladies...good luck! I'm post op ....9+ months and have lost 64 lbs. it's not a quick fix but definately worth it!
