I agree!! your post really made me take a good look at all the sucess i have had also. I can truly related to all your sucesses as i share many of them as well, however i am having a problem with celebrating the new me, i feel that its not enough. -
i am hoping to get pregnant very soon. i was banded in march and am down 75lbs. So i will be following your page just to see what happens and what to expect, update often:-) congrats!!! i know you are super excited!!!!

6mos. later 70lbs lighter and i still feel fat......

I don't understand why i can't rejoice in losing 70lbs, I feel like i will never reach my goal of a 215 before november. i got 35lbs more to lose. but for the past 2months i have been up and down, and along with that my emotions have been doing the same. at times i feel like i am a champion and others a failure........ -

I want to get pregnant before one year of being banded.

I am 29 and I have wanted to have a baby for many years, I have had a few successes at getting pregnant but because of my weight they ended in miscarriages. My new OB/GYn says that she can prevent those miscarriages this time but its best for me and baby to lose weight. So i have set a goal to lose 100lbs before december and i have 52lbs more to go, hopefully i can lose more than a 100lbs, What are thoughts getting pregnant a few months before the 1year the band doctor says i should weight? -

I am going today for my 3rd fill because i still have hardley any restriction. I have lost 48lbs since 02/2011 however i have been working out and watching what i eat. I have going between 267-271 for 2weeks now. Any sugestions? I feel realy let down. I think that i am to hard on my self because even with the of sucess of losing 48lbs i am not super excited. I feel like i have a dead line to meet before december. And if i dont start losing weight i won't meet it. December is my 100lb goal weight month. because next year my husband and i are GOING to have a baby. I never realized how phychological this surgery was.

Here goes another band fill..........But on the up side, I am truly losing weight. Just really slow. I am as of today at 260.4. WHoo hoo .4oz away from being in the 250's.

Victory update: went to an amusement park today. And i fit on ALL the rollercosters!!!! i had a wonderful time!!

my fill went well, I wish my doctor and staff would be as encouraging as my LBT friends! I feel like i am being punished evey time I go in there. Its not that they are beating me up on weight issues. They are ALL ways saying "just cause can eat it doesn't mean you can" and the my all time favorite is "the band is just a tool"!!! Err I hate that one cause i am ready for MY TOOL to start working!!!!!! Hopefully with this fill it will the "right fit".

I am going for my third fill today!! And I am so upset because, I a cant get below 267 i keep going from to 267-271. Help me... any suggestions to get over this hump???

Today we leave for chicago and I am going to see family for the first time in a year and 50lbs lighter. I am a little nervous because i LOve my chicago food and i know everyone is going to be watching me.

i had my second fill and really dont feel any restriction? whats up with that is this normal. Yes i do eat half of what used to but i still dont FEEl a restriction.

image ? I am having a hard time excepting the new me, i had to buy a few new clothes because we are visiting family next weekend. And its werid because i had to buy smaller clothes which was awesome but yet i still see myself at 315lbs. I am now down 269.9 :-) in a few months. I was size 26 and 3x in tops. and now i am 22 and 1x.
