It hurt! Im not going to lie! I did take the offered pain meds from the nurses the first time later that evening but could refuse later. I just felt really really tight all over! I think the gas hurt more than anything. My core muscles are really still pretty weak so I find the lack of strength more frustrating than the pain. 3 days out and the pain is minimal.
