Hi my name is Amy. I was banded in sep of 2009 I have lost 73lbs so far 60 to go. I must say this is hard!! I want to have lost all my weight by now.. I really did not understand how slow this was!! But after saying all that I am very proud of myself for losing a small child lol.. I still do about 60 g of protien a day, I workout 3 to 5 times a week so I am doing what My Dr says to:)
