Hi all, Just had the lapband yesterday and was wondering any helpful advice. The reason is i am 22 years old and a senior in college. wondering if anyone has had similar experiences and how to deal with it while in school and having roommates who do not eat as healthy. any advice would be great! -

i just had my surgery yesterday morning as well. i am feeling the same way. make sure you take your pain meds before the pain gets to much. you have to expect the pain but also manage it before it gets too much. today i was able to walk a good amount around the house and cannot wait to start working out! you are not alone with your pain but its very normal
