  6. No problem! I'm actually really enjoying getting to update the chart to see everyone's progress and my own. I got excited yesterday when I thought oh yeah tomorrow is weigh in day for everyone!
  7. @ Joan - Yes I will post an updated one for everyone to see once I've logged majority of the numbers. @ Vicky - Do you mean 287 and not 297? You had me change your weight from 299 to 289. Just wanting to clear things up.
  8. Keep the updates coming! I myself am down 4 pounds this week and where that came from I have NO idea haha. I followed my dietary goal of cutting down my liquid calories and apparently that helped a lot! @ Michelle - Congrats on the loss! @ Viv - Like I tell myself, better to maintain than to gain! @ Jenn - Welcome to the group!

  11. Nope! I'm actually a hairstylist, I just know my way around the computer because I took several courses in highschool.

  14. I agree with the previous post. Have a leak test done.
  15. It is normal. Look at what you've been eating. Liquids right? Sooo liquids in liquids out. I checked with my doctor and that's what he said to me. Don't be worried, things will change once you start eating some more solid foods.
  16. I'm 6 months out and I have THE HARDEST time not drinking while I'm eating a meal. It's one of my hardest habits to break. Please share with me tips or way you have found helpful to stop. I know that it slows down the weightloss a lot but that doesn't stop me because when I'm thirsty there's no stopping me from drinking.
