I am starting my week 3 post op and now I am allowed to eat "Mushi" foods!!! What actually is the Mushi foods?? What is the difference of Mushi and soft!!???? Please help !! Have no idea what to eat !! Thankkk you guys

I got for me myoplex - 42gr of Protein chicken broth Cream of chicken sugar free Popsicles Water Tylenol liquid Heating pad Gas x Crystal light (raspberry ice is really good) And I think that was it Hope it helps!!!!

My name is Maria , I m 26 and I just had surgery yesterday morning!! I could never imagine that I was going to feel all this pain !! A lot if shoulders pain ... Nausea... Ow I cant wait to feel better!! Thanks God I had a single incision !!! Hope you feel better and thats probably normal to feel like that!!!

I have Oxford Health and I have only for a month ... the effective dat was December 1st, and I am already having surgery tomorrow !!! So happy with my insurance , doctors office did everything and they approved my in less than 24 hours!!! Truly Amazing!!!! Hope that helps

My name is Maria, I am 26 years old, 5''7 and 295lbs. I have my surgery scheduled for tomorrow at 8:30AM. Im so excited, I have no idea what to expect, and I confess I am a little afraid of not loosing weight, I dont know why I feel like that !!! since I decided to have surgery which was in November 2010, everything worked perfectly, and my insurance approved me on the same day the office sent my info. my first appointment with the doctor was november 14th... I had no insurance back in November.. i was going to be a Self Pay.. and thats when they told me about my insurance company. So... I applied for the insurance and it was effective on December 1st... in December i did all my appointments and they sent my request for surgery for the insurance on December 16th in the morning ... and the doctors office called me at 3pm and told me that i was approved. So they said I was approved and asked me if it was ok to have surgery on January 3rd... I never tough it was going to be easy like that .... Im so happy with my insurance.. And I had to do nothing , the doctor office did everything!!!

Hi, my name is Maria and I am havig surgery tomorrow!! My doctor said that I will need only 1 day of Clear liquids, and after that I can go to Stage 2 (full liquids), I went to the stores and I found a lot of Protein shakes, but the best i found is the Myoplex... there is 42Grams of Proteins, while others is only 12g , 24g... they have available in many stores and Stop & Shops. Hope that helps ... Hope everything is alright there... I am so excited and so nervous about surgery ... xoxooooo MAria
