I gained 7 pounds and lost them this week after a fill

My reaching onederland was also very anti climatic. In my case I feel 198 is just still a little too close 200, like I may wake up tomorrow and be 200 lbs. I think when I reach 180 I'll be jumpin up and down on the scale lol

Hi all, So i was banded 5 months ago on September 11 and so far have lost 48 lbs which i am so happy about. I had 6.5 cc's in a 9 cc band and starting getting hungry so decided to make an appointment for Feb. 17, my dr. put 1 cc in and a day later I was soooo tight I was throwing up my saliva i called my surgeon but he wasn't available till today Feb. 22 so i went to his office this morning and he decided to take all of my fill out for 10 days then he will start slowly refilling. I am kinda dissapointed I mean I am a gym addict 5 days a week for 2 hours a day but I am afraid that i may mess up what I worked so hard for. i am absolutely starving but so far have not let myself over indulge. Has anyone else went thru this? If you did where you able to stay on track?

thanx for all your feed back, and I don't know if it has anything to do with my pouch but I feel like my acutal stomache shrunk ,my eyes wanted to eat a whole plate of salad for lunch but i was only physically able to have half.and on the upside side It feels sooo great to acuatly be able to down a bottle of water after a work out with the fill in i would have to sip or face the embarrasement of throwing up lol

I'm in same boat as you but this will my 4th fill. I am soooo tight happened to me with my last fill too. For me it was just the swelling and 4 days later I was fine.

My wonderfully delicious Meatball recipe Ingredients: 1 lb. ground meat (I use 93% lean) 2 slices of whole wheat bread 1 cup fat free milk 2 egg whites 1 TBS. dried parsley ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese ½ tsp. salt ( to taste) Place the bread, milk, egg, parsley, salt, and cheese in a food processor and pulse untill well incorporated . It will be a very runny mixture Place mixture in mixing bowl and mix in ground beef The mixture will feel soft and moist. Shape into balls Bake meatballs in a deep baking pan @375* for 35-40 minutes with some olive oil cooking spray once your meatballs are cooked they are ready to be put into your favorite sauce( I use my own homemade) P.S. these are so soft that i place one in a bowl with some sauce and blended a little with my hand blender and was able to eat them as a mushy

I know what u mean, i feel great for about 2 weeks after a fill then i start getting hungry
