hello there!! thanx for stopping by and checking out my pix well first of all let me congratulate you on your 12lb loss dont say that 12lbs is like a bad thing!!its wonderful girl!! keep it up! well you ask what it is that i eat?? i basically only eat chicken and turkey no breads but do have an ocasional 100 cal pack proteing is my concentration all my meals are mostly just protein nothing else! breakfast is always a one egg omlette with 2 slices turkey bacon and veggies lunch is always wither chicken or turkey in whatever variation and same for dinner...dont eat very many vegetables but i do eat alot of fruits some people may disagree bc of carbs and sugar but its better than that chocolate chip cookie!! anywho you have to find what works for you bc what may work for me may not work for you get to know your body and what it needs to stay satasfied healthy and maintain a steady weight loss! best of luck to u and dont hesitate to pm me whenever
