Thank you for the information in your post! I am 2 years+ and have lost 75 pounds....and have lots of issues with what I can eat! I, too, cannot eat meat unless I have only two pieces the size of a pea....I have even tried to grind it ....but anything more than two itsy bitsy pieces won't stay down, or will cause incredible pain. Every time I get a fill, I too, have to change my diet immediately.
I have learned to live on soup....I can make healthy soups with protein (beans), some ground meat, and ground veges....that are healthy and go down easy. Unfortunately, sometimes I get tired of a liquid diet and want REAL FOOD.
