Thanks ! Your doing great yourself. Just follow the band rules. Eat healthy and exercise and it will come off quick. It has slowed down a bit for me but still coming off. I guess the less you need to lose the slower it will come off. I will be posting new pics soon to show progress.

I am at a toss up between Rudy, Romney and Mccain. So my vote will not be accurate.

They have it down here like 15 min from me in Ft. Lauderdale. I just don't know if I could go see it. I have no problem with gore. It just doesn't seem right and kind of psycho.

I consider myself a moderate conservative and can understand why one could change there mind on that subject. I used to be totally against it at one time and actually agree in it now for extreme cases.

Why are so many Atheists such angry people who tend to push there anti beliefs on people? I don't hate you for not believing so don't hate me for believing. You don't have to believe in what I believe in ,so just don't and get over it. That go's for the religion pushers also. Don't push your views on others and move on ! Seems simple enough.:tired

Atheists confuse the hell out of me. Instead of believing in religion they call themselves atheists. So really all they are doing is replacing the religion label with an anti religion label. Why even bother label yourself at all? Atheists can be just as bad as religious extremists with pushing there views on people. So imo they are just the same.

My surgeon was pushing for the Bypass surgery because I was 389 lbs and he figured the success rate was better. I guess it looks better for his stats when his patients loose more. Well now 7 months out I weigh 244 so pfffft to him and his bypass. I have a friend who was the exact same weight as me and had bypass a week after I had my surgery. Well I have lost more than him and he is having nutrition problems. We went out and he was complaining about how so many foods he can't eat now. I am happy I stuck to my guns. Just remember work your band to its fullest and you will lose the weight !

Sorry it took so long for the response. I was out of state for a week. I just used a basic belt holster that was nothing special. Wore long enough shirts to cover it. I carried my 1911 45cal. I resigned from law enforcement and moved to Florida and am now in the process of getting my permit down here. I can't wait I miss carrying . :nervous

Exactly ! My father only spanked me once. It wasn't a crazy out of hand one but he never needed to do it again. Out of shame of upsetting him.
