In 2000 I went from low 300's to around 230. Lets just say in 7 years I gained it all back and over 80 lbs more. Loosing is easy, its the keeping it off that sucks.:faint:

I keep mine from my initial consult with the doc. I lost about 17 with liquid diet. Like stated, I wouldn't have lost that if I wasn't going to get banded.

I would only reiterate what LapBandit has stated. I myself was banded just this past 5/9. I have lost over 100lbs but have even plateaued for a week here and there. Just give yourself a little change up with calories and exercise and it usually breaks it. Good luck and stay positive !!

1 cup of eggs = Calories 357 Calories from Fat 217 Cholesterol = 1028mg 1 cup of egg whites = Calories 126 Calories from Fat 4 Cholesterol = 0 :rolleyes You decide ........................

Egg whites are excellent for you. High in Protein and low in calories. I buy them in the container and its like a half of a cup is only 30 calories and no cholesterol. Stay away from the yolks in my opinion. Thats what is bad. If its a color thing then get the egg whites that are yellow for looks. I make them and add a slice of fake cheese which is only 25 cals and add salsa and its great !

Wooohooo ! Today was a good day. I am moving to Florida the first week of September so I figured I would go through my clothes to get rid of a bunch of winter stuff and stuff that don't fit. Lets just say I filled up 2 huge bags of clothes that were waaaaay to big ! It makes you feel great to do that. So long 4x ! Hello 2x ! Its almost sad though because there was a lot of expensive polo and nautica clothing I was getting rid of.
