Things are...ok. I tried to pull the mind over matter, and psych myself out that this would be easy as long as I stayed optimistic, but lately I've just felt hungry. I called in about it, they said I should have more protein, and I'm trying to incorporate it. They told me instead of all liquid I can have one low-cal/high protein meal a day, and everything else liquid, which has helped so much.
