BAKED EGG CUSTARD RECIPE - GREAT SOURCE OF PROTEIN!!! 4 EGGS. 2 1/2 CUPS SKIM MILK, 1 CUP SPLENDA (SUGAR SUBSTITUE) 1 TEASPOON VANILLA - MIX ALL IN AN OVEN PROOF BOWL SUCH AS PYREX. SPRINKLE CINNEMON AND NUTMEG ON TOP. BAKE IN 325 DEGREE OVEN FOR 1 HR. LET COOL. IT WILL THICKEN AS IT SETS. CAN ALSO TOP WITH FAT FREE WHIP CREAM IF YOU WISH. THIS HAS ALOT OF PROTEIN AND IS LOW CALORIE AS WELL!
