I also bought new bras. It just makes ya feel so good it is indescribable!!! Congrats to you - sounds like you are doing wonderful!

LESSON LEARNED - NO MORE CORN ON THE COB FOR ME!!!! I HAVEN'T HAD AN EPISODE LIKE THAT FOR AT LEAST A MONTH OR MORE PRIOR.

Week 6, 36.5 pounds, hold the fill please
roseyposey commented on mickp24's blog entry in mickp24's Blog
You are doing unbelievably well! Not too many of us can match your progress! I would never be satisfied with just 750 calories daily. I don't know how you do it? But congrats to you! -
Has anyone out there struggling with losing wt. post banding tried this diet? I have and I must say - it is very hard to do but it is only for 5 days which is do able! You def lose wt. and it gets you back on track. It gives you your restriction back. So if you are tired of getting fills - try this and see if it helps for you! Good luck!

It sounds like you have alot of determination now - so have faith I think you can do it! It sure is a tough road as many of us banders know. But just remember when you are feeling at your lowest - just jump on this forum and you will instantly start feeling better! Everyone is so willing to share their thoughts and ideas and just listen to others problems and worries. I know this forum sure has helped me many times when I was in despair. But my advice to you is to just take one day at a time. That way your goal does not seem so far away. That is what I do as well. I wish you much success in your lapband journey and have a wonderful day!

Sounds like you are going through a rough time right now. If you need support you can always come on this forum and get it. Everyone is so nice and supportive of one another and freely give advice and tips to help you on the lapband journey. I know it seems really hard right now, but it does get easier trust me! I am 5 months post op. I have lost 50 lbs. so far. Just remember - it is not magic - it is only a tool. You will always have to do the work! But your hunger will decrease drastically after the band. And if it doesn't - then you need an adjustment or a fill. It helps you to feel more restriction. I was also very moody and hateful during the liquid pre op phase. Couldnt wait to get through that period. My poor husband. LOL So good luck to you on your journey and I hope your husband gets home safe and sound to you Soon!

21 Weeks post-Op: The Twisted Port, The Revision Debate and The Emo In Me
roseyposey commented on EdmontonGal's blog entry in Jen's Jabbers
I watched your vlog. Sorry to hear about your twisted port. Wow - that is a tough decision to make. I think if it were me, I would have the revision done because I truly do not think I would be able to acomplish this great wt. loss on my own merits. But that is just me - that doesn't mean you can't. Maybe you have more will power than I do perhaps? Anyway, I pray that you will be able to make the right choice for you! Good luck to you and I will be thinking about you! Take care. P.S. - you would make a great motivational speaker. Great vlog. That is also something I def could not do. -
You are so right! Old habits die hard! WHY is it so hard? We must always be accountable for ourselves now! But the end result is def worth it! Good luck to you on your journey!

Congrats! You will surely win that prize!

I am going through the same thing at times too. The guilt we feel is horrible isn't it? I think that is the worst part. I think we all want to lose the wt. so rapidly and when we don't - sometimes we just get frustrated and give into temptation! I am gonna try harder too! At the rate I am gong I will not make my goal by my birthday in Sept. if I don't kick it up a bit! Good luck to you and to all banders out there who are getting frustrated! -

Awesome - good for you! You are doing great! Your story about the jumping jacks gave me a good laugh this am! Thanks. LOL -
Yah that stuck feeling is the worst! Yah swear you'll never do it again but.......... ya forget and it happens again!
-
Me too!

Yep you are experiencing what most of us banders have! A lull in your progress and hunger. Sounds like you need a fill soon. Don't be discouraged. I think it is great that you are using the treadmill and getting exercise. Not all of us can do that, so be proud of yourself that you can! Stay focused and keep us posted on your progress. Good luck!
-
You are not alone in your feelings. Most banders have gone through what you are feeling right now. You will have good and bad days, but try to focus on your goal. And when you start seeing results you will be so excited to post them. Hang in there!

I READ SOMEWHERE ON THE FORUMS ABOUT TAKING PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING YOU EAT FOR THE DAY VIA YOUR CELL PHONE OR CAMERA. THEN AT THE END OF THE DAY WHEN YOU WANT TO RECORD IT ALL - IT WILL BE FRESH IN YOUR MEMORY! SO I AM GONNA TRY THIS COZ I THINK I AM EATING TOO MUCH - BUT WHEN I TRY TO RECALL WHAT ALL I ATE FOR THE DAY - I CAN'T REMEMBER?

Wow you're makin some healthy food choices! No wonder you are losing so quickly. Good for you!
