Good luck to you on your surgery date. I will be thinking about you. Keep us posted. You will do fine. I was banded 1/17. It was easy. The hard part was the pre op liquid diet and then post op shoulder pain from the gas the doc puts in your stomach to view your organs better. He cant get it all out. But take your pain meds as given, and walk walk walk. After a few days you will feel fine.

HI there! HOw did it go? I had mine last wk. ONly got 1/2 cc in. Not much restriction. Probably will have to get another next month.

Anyone try Craisens in their oatmeal for breakfast with cinnemon, splenda brown sugar and a lil skim milk? Delicious!!!

Hi there! Just wanted to say HI and see how you were doing? I am doing ok. Wt. loss seems to be at a standstill now that I am on reg diet. Its still hard. Only had 1 fill at 1/2 cc. Not much restriction. But at least I am not gaining wt on a positive note.

BAKED EGG CUSTARD RECIPE - GREAT SOURCE OF PROTEIN!!! 4 EGGS. 2 1/2 CUPS SKIM MILK, 1 CUP SPLENDA (SUGAR SUBSTITUE) 1 TEASPOON VANILLA - MIX ALL IN AN OVEN PROOF BOWL SUCH AS PYREX. SPRINKLE CINNEMON AND NUTMEG ON TOP. BAKE IN 325 DEGREE OVEN FOR 1 HR. LET COOL. IT WILL THICKEN AS IT SETS. CAN ALSO TOP WITH FAT FREE WHIP CREAM IF YOU WISH. THIS HAS ALOT OF PROTEIN AND IS LOW CALORIE AS WELL!
