Hi, I have my first appt with my surgeon on Jan 5th. I'm so excited. To me the liquid diet is like a trial of what to expect right after surgery. I'll do whatever I have to do. I love this site. Hi, Thanks for the post. Congratulations to you! I haven't had my surgery yet. I've been wondering just how quickly or slowly the weight comes off. To lose 70 lbs in a year seems so sweet to me, as this is about my goal. It's wonderful to hear all the success stories.
