hi slinky, did you have wait long for your confirmation after money was transferred? I transferred my deposit last monday and hasn't got any reply from frederik yet. I hope I will get reply from him soon, getting very nervous but also extrimely excited especislly after reading all those letters here and all those successfull stories. I cant wait to get rid of that fat around me and fit in my slim clothes... funny I have kept all my size 12 jeans and top because i knew i cant be huge all my life and sooner or later I will do something. I laughed when I read ur reply, I am so much like u, eating, eating like horse but what about low fat diet recommended by CDB.I will try my best I am not sure how well I am going to manage.I really would like to do better and I am still have 18 days to go but should start very soon.Every day I tell myself today is a day, I am going to start that diet today,doing well till tea time and thats it ... no will power.I really hope that band will help me motivate myself and stay stronger, be able to say no to forbidden food.my biggest fear is if I still will feel hungry, I really hate that feeling and than start eat , eat alot until I am so so so full and cannot move... :mad4:

I keep thinking alot about it sometimes having second thoughts but I think it's normal.there is so many Q in my head and really no one to talk to. But I try to deal with it different ways. I was thinking, could u tell me if the rest of the money can be paid by credit card or it has to be cash...?maybe u know anybody who did it by credit card, I know u transferred all ur money to the account but was just wandering.Its a bit scary to carry all that cash. thank u hope u r ok all the best and talk to u soon. blondy

hi slinky, frederick confirmed my request. I am booked for 28/1/11 and I am so excited, have to book my flights , get organized. Now after I got the booking confirmation I start to think that this is it. I finally will be able to have my body under control and I like having things under control. I hope that I will not suffer from a lot of pain and that after I am back home I will be able to fight the hunger that feeling was always behind me... Can you tell me more about day after day with band, I did you feel after surgery, have you made progress , was it easy.what about loosing weight when you on starvation mode, will you still loose any weight. sorry for all those Q but I am so, so so curious. I would be greatfull if you give me some answers and let me feel more confident and perhaps relaxed.I know band is just a tool and I need to do all the work but even so at least I know I wont be able to fill myself up to my throat with food because simply is is nog gonna happen.Tell me all aspecially if I am wrong so I can prepared myself for it. thank you very much. blondy.

HI slinky, I want to thank you for all info I've got from you. I contacted frederick gave him all my medical info and endeed he said that I don't really need preop consultation. he sent standard package deal but I see the small difference between ur info and what I got from him. Price of 4150 euro is same but tickets r not included in that package. It is not a huge expence but it shows how things change. flight to brussels r cheap this time of the year so I am going to book it as soon I get a responde from frederick. Hopefully end of January because suits me best. he mantioned something about low or non fat diet at least2 week prior the surgery. could I possibly get any help from u regarding that subject.What you were eating at that time. that might be really heplfull. thank you again and talk to you soon, blondy.
