Losing weight is my struggle I'll lose 10-15 lbs and gain it back...Anyways I was wanting someone/anyone BEFORE THE PRE OP DIET to go on a diet with me if you can I know not everyone can because ...I understand...Anyways I am TRING to lose 15 lbs and KEEP it Off or whatever anyone else want to lose 15lbs or close to it I have at least 21 days until I go for my evaluation then plus some so say a month if possible....I walked 3 mile yesterday but I am off the rest of the week and won't before the PREOP Diet maybe 15 lbs thats it...I Might not make it but at least I'll get my body in shape (my muscles in shape) for the preop and surgery I usually do plan on walking 3 miles a day... 3 miles when I can its NOT everyday right now its not everyday but after surgery it will be everday...and 50 sit ups...

I have been waiting for my evaluation for 18 months and still don't have it my phychiarist has been putting me off all this time well for the phych evaluation I will be going somewhere else I'm tired of waiting on him for this I still will to cont. to see him every 3 months but this is getting rediciulous...The new one says they can get me RIGHT IN...and accepts my inc. they are supossed to let me know how much I need to pay for it...I Hope it's not alot...It's one my surgeon recomends...

Anyone else on like a Waiting list I have been on it for 17 days now and can't wait for a date (surgery) I have my evaluation Jan.19th so I'm so EXCITED it'll be here soon I got it scooted up by 2 weeks so I wonder what number I am now I started out being #23 and my appt was Feb.2nd...I Hope to get approved without any trouble I HOPE...No I Haven't STARTED THE PRE-OP Diet Yet but I can't wait to see what mine will be about...

Hi I'm a NEWBE Too I have my labs,simanar,patient hub updated,everything EXCEPT my evaluation my dr. wanted you to have all of that done BEFORE the consult...so right now I don't have a consult date but my evaluation is Jan.19th,2011 I am on a waiting list #23 but I'm not on a preop diet or anything yet but I'm KINDA whatching what I eat I am tring to lose 15 lbs in 1 month it maybe inpossible but I'm tring to get my muscles in shape a little before the surgery.The dr told me to call them after I get the evaluation done...Then I can see the dr for consult then nutritionist,etc.I hope I pass the evaluation I'm a little scared

I WILL Be Using Dr. John W. Baker in Little Rock also I'm on a WAITING LIST #23 as of Dec.10th,2010 I'm Not on the pre op Diet yet either What Kind of pre-op diet and post-op diets did yall have..I have been tring abt 1.5 years and finally getting everything done and on the ball all I like is my evaluation and I'll be doing that Jan.19th,2011 so I hope to get it soon I AM READY !!!
