Morning everybody. I'm 45/m and was banded 6/8/10 I started out real well loosing close to 40 pounds between pre and post op....but that stopped 3 months ago. As part of the program I gave up drinking beer which was big deal for good Irishman like myself. Now I seem to have traded the beer vice for sweets. I never ate sweets before. Has anyone experienced such a change? If so, what did you do to correct it besides willpower? I know I've got a couple of other items to deal with but this is number one.
