Wahoo! Down to 208# this morning, 10 days post op. Day of surgery the scale read 213,with my starting weight at 220.0 2 weeks prior to that. My Nov. 18th doctor's appt had me at 223.9 with an all time high of 267.

Well today marks two days post-op. Taking 20 minute walks on the snowy street with the dogs. Struggling to get all the required water in daily. Operation seemed to have gone well tho was in recovery for 4 hours as my bp and heart rate plummeted! Little scary for the hubby who sat watching the monitor. I was so sleepy I wasn't really aware of what was going on at that point. Never really hungry -yet. Never thought I'd enjoy fat free chicken broth, but it tastes amazingly goo...

Starting to waffle from super duper excited to scared stiff about the surgery in one week!
