Hi, I just got off the pureed stage one of my favorites was chili pureed! can even add a little cheese! Also egg salad and tuna, carrots with cinnamon yum!

Im in week 3 mushie food, I also some days get hungry before my next meal my Dr. tells me to drink more fluids; Water, tea, Jello, clear broths. I usually have water or a Jello and just try to work through the hunger!! Its hard but hoping when I get a fill it will help!

Yes but the most odd part is my stomach is growling yet im not hungry, I just wonder if that will ever stop. It does only eating 4 ounces every hour! Good Luck to everyone getting banded tomorrow or in the up coming days any questions feel free to ask if i can help I would love to!

my dr. ordered me to stay overnight, the pain about 24hrs later is better than it was yesterday The gas is pretty rough but it seems to be getting better, good luck on friday! Any questions let me know and keep me posted how ur day goes!

So i was banded yesterday the 25th! After surgery i woke up in recovery and was just in a lot of pain! As the day went on the gas was pretty intense it almost takes my breath away when i get a gas pocket. The surgical sight is just very sore and a tight feeling in my stomach like I did one to many crunches. Im hoping the gas and tightness gets better as the days go on. Any thoughts on the first few days after the surgery?

Hi I'm on day 5 of pre op diet, iI had a nausea feeling for the first 2 days I didn't think I could handle the feeling. But now on day 5 it's much better.

Im starting my preop tomorrow...my diet says i can have veggies! those are a good chew!

Hi, Im also for the 25th!!!! I start my preop on the 11th and have tried the unjury protein which was recommended by my nutritionist its very good!!!

Im 23 and getting banded on January 25th! Ive been overweight most of my life and am so excited about my new journey! I hope the best for all the January Bandsters!

Congrats! Im on the 25th of January, starting the liquid on the 11th and am starting to have anxiety. I def second guessed myself so many times also but just trying to look ahead at the future makes it easier...
