NeeNee- I am 1 week banded and have not had a BM I am glad to see that this is normal - also what type of protenin shake do you drink

Thanks, I feel pretty good today, I am just concerned that I am not going to get enough protein - I am in week 1 Monday will be week 2 - I will be able to eat more

Hi Middle Georgia Group, I was banded on Dec 13 2010 by Dr. C. Smith in Albany. This is my first week - and so far so good. I also had hiatal hernia repair. I must say that if I don't sip throughout the day that I feel hunger. Broth - yuck - but I am looking forward to week 2. -
