squishee!

for the first 4 days after all i wanted was chicken broth and ice pops then i only lasted on the protein drinks for 2 days they didnt fill me up at all so now im onto chicken and turkey lunch meat veggie burgers and egg whites i was banded the 18th of jan 2 weeks ago... i have lost 18 pounds so far eat healthy with what will fill you up and stick with it! stick to yourr pre op diet! i lost more weight that 10 days than the first 10 days after. i had my surgery jan 18th pre op diet started the 10th. i lost 12 pounds in 10 days!!! Good Luck!!!!
