Is anyone going to the WLSFA Meet & Greet 2012 in Vegas this year? I'm currently looking for people who are going who might want to share a room so it's not as expensive to go. I "uneat" once a day. Sometimes twice. I usually do it in the morning or afternoon when my band is tighter. Sometimes I can go weeks without "uneating" then the next day I can eat the same thing and it doesn't sit well. Last night I tired taking my normal pills and they came back up. I have been having a lot of drainage lately with my sinus so I'm hoping that is causing some of my issues lately.
I have learned the slower I eat. The smaller bites I take and long time I take to eat the less problems I have. I try to eat with smaller forks and spoons for that same issue.
What are everyone's nutritional goals? I haven't really seen anything beside eating >30grams of protein every 3 hours and <6grams of cards. But daily whats you Calorie intake, protein intake and carb intake???
Okay, So I've been blogging since Jan. & I keep seeing everyone talk about their Secret Bandit. Someone who sends you items to keep you motivated. I keep asking how to become a secret bandit but nobody has respond. Does anyone know about this?
