Please do not get discourage - in life we want to rush things based on what our need is for ourselves. I think you should self reflect to find out where you have been going with this journey. I believe self-reflection will help you to understand your flaws that are hindering you from losing weight. remember this is a journey with many challenges and obstacles - this is a lifetime committment to change.
