    Embarrassing

You are definitely not alone! This happens to me all the time. You'll be sitting there, watching a movie, take a sip of Water or whatever and then the gurgles! It's sooooooo embarrassing. My problem was that my band was too tight. Just had a recently had all the saline taken out of my band because I found out I had a bad slippage... so right now I don't have any Fluid in my band You're definitely not alone!
  4. Thank you so much for your input, tahoelady!! It's always nice to hear that you're not alone.
  5. Hello... I'm new to this website. : ) I was looking for forums that would tell me if anyone out there has the same problems I do with my Lap-Band. Seems like there are several out there who have gone through what I'm going through or have GREAT advice! My topic title pretty much explains it all... After being completely and utterly embarrassed to call my surgeon or the after-care center I finally did so today. I'm scheduled for X-Rays and most likely will have the Fluid taken out of my band. Then on 12/20 I'm going to have the EGD (Esophago Gastro Duodenoscopy) procedure. I am hoping to be able to get back on the program of losing weight and eating healthy (not just slider or soft foods and liquids only) again. I really hope that all goes well so I can actually lose all this weight and no longer feel as if I wasted a TON of money on a surgery that I will regret for the rest of my life. Happy Holidays to ALL!!! ~Just Breathe
