Did your dietician or Dr put you on a specific diet after lapband longterm? Just wondering what everyone's typical daily intake and calories is? A friend of mine said she was put on a specific diet to follow after the initial post-op period. She has been following it for the last year and has lost well. Meanwhile I haven't lost well at all but I was only told to eat 60-80 grams of protein. Can anyone help or advise?
