I have failed miserabaly post lap band. I learned how to sabatoge it and paid the consequences . My son sent me a heart wrenching plea that spoke to me severly. I am motivated to use this tool correctly but need accountability and support. If you read this and have any advice for my sorry self please leave me a note.
