I did eat yummy salad with tons of veggies and other good stuff in it. I guess the 3 days triggered something. Probably another dieting cycle :-)
I decided to stick with asking myself before every meal - AM I HUNGRY? So I did it for a week and lost nine pounds.
Am I existed yes-it is 9lb.
And NO - I know I gain it back.
Freaking portions control.
NEED MY BAND NOW.
