Hi everyone!
I had the lap band "installed" 11/24/10.
I did the 5 days of clear liquids- no problem, I was bloated and uncomfortable so eating was the last thing I was thinking about.
Three days ago I started with the protein shakes- the first and second day I could only get two down, yesterday I was able to drink three, and today I have had three but I'm hungry! I would love a warm meal! I was back to work after 5 days and I'm trying to keep up with my hectic life style, but I get tired very quickly. As per the doc I'm supposed to be on shakes only for 10 more days! I feel i need a little more nourishment.
Help!
