Im new to this site Im from Canada and had the lap band Sept 14, since i started this journey with preop diet etc ve lost 38 pds however its slowed down this past month i think due to me not focusing on the diet looking for some receipies... im refocused with my 2nd fill hoping this site will help i need to talk to other lap banders to help overcome some issues I look forward to the support !
