  1. What brand of shrimp cocktail do you get?

    This is pretty typical for me:

    Breakfast: V-8 or Protein Shake

    Snack: granola bar

    lunch: shrimp cocktail (low calorie and high protein) or Soup

    Snack: fruit (lately it's been cherries since they are in season)

    Dinner: chicken, rice and veggies

    Other ideas for Snacks that have been great for me are the imitation crab legs (high in Protein and low calorie) it really sticks with me. I also love the sippy soup cans that Campbells has out these days. They are very satisfying and just the perfect amount.


  2. Good morning, I have been taking the same fish oil as before my surgery. But if my restriction gets too great in the future I will probably go to a liquid Omega3 and just add the oil to my morning protien shake.

    How do you find everything is going TPAD?

    Everything is going great for me. I am over the soreness from surgery. My diet has progressed well. I have to go back to the doc in three weeks. The nurse said I might get my first fill then. I still drink tw Protein shakes a day. To make sure I gt in my Proteins. I see online CVS has chewable fih oil supplement. I am going to check that out soon.


  3. I was banded on 12/30/2010 everything seems to be going fine. I am wondering does anyone take fish oil pills dailey? My doc give me mixed signals about taking it. Do you take it whole by it being a gel pill or cut it open? Also, what multi vitiman is good? What about vitiman c pill which is the good ones?
