The last post made here was in July of 2011, with Indiana being consistently in the top 15 states with high obesity, I am sure there have to be a few Hoosier bandters out there.

Welcome to the monthly challenge. June is here and time to start working on those summer activities. The Summer Challenge is a fun way to keep track of your monthly weight loss while gaining and giving support to other bandster's. Copy and post the template below and fill in the information that you are comfortable sharing on Friday June 1st the come back every Tuesday on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 30th and post your updated weight. I will keep track of the weights and try, and make a better effort at it than last month, to get a table listing everyone's results on the following weekend. Good luck to everyone and remember this isn't a contest it's a challenge and you are a winner no matter how much you loose. No we always check in on the 1st, 8th, 15th. and so forth regardless of what day it is. Folks I need to apologize but it doesn't look like I will get a table with the weigh ins completed anytime soon. Way to much going on this month with three weekends of music festivals and two grandkids with birthdays my weekends are pretty much used up. If there is anyone who would like to create something, even an exel or word document would do, let me know.

Even though I claimed I was going to make an effort to keep things here updated I am starting off badly. I couldn't seem to log in on Thursday to post my starting weight and spent all weekend at the World Ukulele Congress, well most of the weekend, the rest I spend recovering from the World Ukulele Congress. Congratulations to all of those who made their goals this month. Congratulations to those who tried for making an effort. Shame on me because I could have worked harder and I couldn't seem to find the time to get the table updated, My only excuse is that Diablo III just came out and I locked myself in my computer room for about a week. For the second week in a row I am updating my weight a day later. I was at 227 this morning, that is 2 pounds less than yesterday, so that is the weight I am using.

Lay the camera on the scales and zero it, then weigh yourself with the camera.

Checking in at 229 I don't think that I have changed from last week. Well I actually did, I gained 4 lbs after a long weekend of debauchery but I lost it again on Sunday and Monday. Unfortunately the coming weekend is Memorial Day and in Indianapolis that means either you go to the race or you go to a party or both. None of which transfers to good eating and drinking habits.

We always weigh in on the 1st, 8th, and so on. So weigh in is on Tuesday this month.

No problem, go ahead and post your current weight and I will update the table this weekend. Yes we do it it every month but you have to read the posts to find the name of next months challenge. You also may want to leave a brief introduction, most of us do these challenges every month so we have a built in support group.

Checking in at 231, up a pound from last week.

It is tomorrow, but some people have trouble following directions . The weigh-ins date's are all irrelevant anyway since they all get put on the table no matter when you weigh in. So if the weigh in is on Tuesday and you want to weigh in on Monday or any other day, go for it.

Between Mother's Day and other commitments this weekend I was not able to update the table over the weekend. I will try to get to it during the week but it may be next weekend before I actually get time.

At the first of the month we post our starting weights and goals and each week we post our current weight. I will compile all of the weights into a table and post a link for everyone to see, that is if I don't forget or run out of time on the weekend. To make things easy we always weigh in on the 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 30th of each month. Feel free to join in. Copy the data from the very first message in this topic and fill in your personal information. I will update the table this weekend and add you. Be sure to post an introduction.

I know I already weighed in yesterday, but I was down 3 lbs to 230 this morning so I am updating a day late. We'll see if I can keep going down, that hasn't been happening lately. Been bouncing between 235 and 225 for the last 3 months and i really need to get the scale moving in the right direction.

Same way just create a new ticker using a new password and paste that code in your signature where you want. I use password1, password2, password3, etc. for my tickers. You just need to remember which ticker has which password since you will have to enter the proper password when you update it.

Once you have your ticker created copy the code from the window labelled bbCode it should look something like this ["url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wdCofnT/"] ["img]http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/t/wdCofnT/weight.png[/img"] [/url] Open up you profile and go to edit profile. Under your signature paste this code in the window and save it. You ticker should then show up.
