    Hey I just saw your message. I was sleeved on January 22 and now I am back to 100% normal. I am still on clears, so I don't have as much energy as I hoped. But I am starting to slowly walk and have ordered a new video game. One more week of clears and then I'm on to full liquids for probably 2 weeks before I move to mushies. Dr. Ramos-Kelly is awesome.
