How are you doing Christen? Have you had a fill yet?

Thanks for your upbeat encouragement to me. I get my first fill january 3rd and so excited. I am frustrated b/c i am eating a lot more than I should with no restriction. Any suggestions?

Hey I was banded on July 27,2009 so it's been well over a year for me but I have lost 138 pounds so far. Congratulations on getting the lap band, it's the best thing I have ever done and haven't had any complications at all since I have had the procedure. I wish you luck on your journey and if you need someone to talk to or need advice I will be here

congrats- you have had a major transformation. when were you banded? i was this past wednesday..

what did u eat? or how much?

I am 5 days post op and finally feeling better. This banded thing was much harder than expected. I already am down 15 lbs pre and post up. I am getting excited, but want to feel normal again. Do you ever feel normal?
