Grammi59 Hi, I'm new to this chat stuff. Older grandmother in a small towm. I plan to be banded in February. I've statred a high protein low carb diet in preparation. How do you feel after the surgery. Do you have a lot of pain. How so do you plan on returning to work. I'm a little nervous, but I thnk I'm making the right decision for my health. I have 130lbs to lose. Happy for you and I will keep in touch.
