I am tracking my calories, weighing my food, drinking protien shakes, eating just grilled chicken, excercising....and I have only lost 28lbs total! I have read about plateaus, but this is out of control? I feel like I have wasted my money - and dont know how to get this thing going? Everyone calls me 3 bites? Because that is all I can eat, but I am barely getting in the calories, I dont have any problems with food? I dont drink soda, rarely have any sweets? And still nothing -
Help?
