Still feeling good.went out to eat at a resturant for the first time. One month post-op down 30 pounds. Did you at the restaurant.Picked on some grapes and cheese, then had a small side salad. I ate half and bought the rest home for lunch thenext day. One more week for my first fill. I think I really need it.My portion sizes for lunch and dinner are up to about one cup. I think that is too big.
