i go to the gym i start with the weight room i do abs 2 types of machines and i do other machines that work varies parts of my body i dont do same body part everyday i alternate with diff muscle group everyday the one thing i do every day is 50 min of cardio split into diff machines ex i do 10 min on stationary bike with resistance then i do the olyptical with slight incline my biggest chunk of my cardio time is spent on the tredmill 30 min at a fast pace walk with 1 min intervals of running every 5 min. ive lost 55 pounds in 3 months so it seems to work for me
