I was banded on Oct 5th and I have to say having protein shakes will take the edge off and make this much easier. Something with 20+ grams of protein is the best. I have one for breakfast every day and the one for a snack later. I have been on a straight liquid diet for months before and you can survive but its not the best. Any good store has them.
