Thanks so much for the comment. How are things going with you? My goal is to lose about 35 more pounds. I am 6'1 and I have always had a large frame even at my smallest weight which was 195 in high school. I can remember thinking I was so fat, but that was a good size for me. Therefore, I want to get within a range around 200-230. Those last 35 pounds will get me there.
