I try to weigh myself every Friday since that was the day I was banded. If I do it too much then I get discouraged and it's too easy for me to start starving myself (recovering anorexic--I know it's weird that I went the completely opposite way!)

I was just banded on October 1, 2010 and so far I'm down 21 lbs. The issue that I am having is that I'm trying to find recipes for the solid foods. If you have any recipes please send them my way.
I had my surgery on Oct. 1st and so far I've lost 21 lbs. I had my first band fill on Nov. 4th and it has helped me so much. Before the fill I was hungry all of the time...kinda like before surgery but now I eat a meal and I'm not hungry for at least 4 hours. It's going great. I hope everyone is doing well.
That is a great chart to go by. I knew I needed a fill because I was hungry about 1 and 1/2 hours after I ate. I just got my first band fill last Thursday and I can see such a difference. I now go 3 to 4 hours without getting hungry.
