I need and and al suggesdtions for stage 3 foods,,,, puree/applesause texture. I am on this one for 2 weeks. I thought I was going to get smashed potato and gravy but no starch till next stage. HELP !!!! Oh ! Is anyone else coughing? I started coughing on day 3 for no reason and cough daily from 3 to 4 times during the day. Some of the cessins are bad?

I am getting banded Thursday......... very excieted. I am looking for suggestions of food to eat the first week, stage Two day 3-7, it list cream strained soup v-8 yogart cottage cheese. Any other suggestions Also stage 3 - Puree - does that mean anything as long as it is puree????? Whats the best way to start off on Stage 4 when you start getting real food?? Thanks anyone and everyone for your help.

Is anyone as hungary as I am???????? 1 week on the liq diet and 1 week to go. I have also had a real bad time with the restroom. It seems like I barely have enough time to make it there and then it is like water. Is anyone else haveing this problem. Nov 18th cant come soon enough......... -

Does anyone have any suggestions for change ups on the clear diet? This protien shake and jello is really getting old. I Havent cheated but would love to. Of course I wont ..............Just hungary. -

Day 4 of the liq diet ....... boy this sucks. You guys with 1 meal or veggies included are lucky. On the flip side. the scale says I lost 9 pounds....... could that be. Will be banded on the 18th. New life new start. Hey how do you get the ticker tape thing on here?
