no kind of drain for me, I was in and out in 6 hours total, admission to going home, easy procedure, no worries.

I have tried both, small and large bites, small is so much easier and less painful, I would say they are a little larger than a pencil eraser but not much. I am always the last one done eating, and sometimes they are cleaning the table off before I am done. LOL.

Wow thats a huge fill, how big is your band? Congrats on the loss so far, doing awesome!!!!

Dave, HI Dave, I am Wayne. My highest weight was 591, when I started my pro op liquids I was 550, day of banding I was 520, I am 453 today, doing wonderful. The band was the best choice I have ever made. Yes it is work, yes somedays are tough, but it is so worth it. I feel so much better already. I cant wait to be at goal, but I am enjoying the journey getting there. Ant questions or concerns you might have, feel free to ask me. I would love to help in anyway I can. 3 weeks liquid only, 30 lbs

Coke zero, diet mt dew, diet Dr pepper, coffee, tea, water.

I enjoy the question, I'm proud of my losses, don't mind it at all, and when all finished I will have lost over 300 lbs. Be proud, I'm glad they notice.

I was wondering from any of you experience bandsters about how many calories do you eat per day? Im not sure if I am eating enough. The nurse told me I needed to eat more to lose weight, sounds weird to me, but im not sure. Thanks for your help.

Hello all, I am Wayne, I am newly banded on 11/4/10, By Dr. Stephen Malley in Kansas Ciity, MO. My journey began back in January by attending a seminar, I had to do 6 months diet and exercise monitered by a doctor, visit a nutritionist and visit a psychologist all to be approved for the surgery. When I started back in January I was 591 pounds, the day off my surgery I was 520, my goal is somewhere around 250-275. I would appreciate any help anyone can offer.:smile2:
