Hi there! I was banded 7 weeks ago this Wednesday and havent really lost anything after the first 4 weeks. I am so used to being on a "diet" that I kind of feel lost because there is no specific diet given to me to follow. Just the normal, 1 cup of food at each meal & protien first. So, now I am contemplating whether or not to join Weight Watchers or Lindora.........Ugh! I feel confused...what are most of you guys doing? Thanks for listening!

Hi! Me too & I am a tad nervous!!!! This may sound stupid but I am worried that this will somehow not work for me, but then again I am really excited because I am dying to lose weight!!
