    Thank you so much!! I love my lil brats I am on Protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and high Protein dinner and Snacks (only if hungry) with tons of water!! As of today I am down 9lbs and 5 days till surgery!!

    Maybe add a workout or change the time you have your one meal. Im on day 2 of high protein and liquid diet.
